"Policy coherence for development has been a key policy-making tool since it was first introduced in 2006. The purpose of the PCD is to prevent inconsistencies arising from EU policies and to avoid repercussions in developing countries. I agree with remarks in the report which deplore the absence of a communication from the Commission this year."@en1
