However, I believe that the question of non-discrimination in relation to the access to the Member Statesʼ labour markets (and welfare systems) must go hand in hand with the fight against social dumping. I regret that the report does not deal with the issue of equal pay and equal working conditions, which were undermined by the European Court of Justice ruling in the Laval case."@en1
