I do not like the concept of a two-speed Europe, because faster sounds better than slower. What I would prefer is a multi-centric Europe with overlapping circles of engagement, a more Europe if you like, still with the United Kingdom remaining at the centre – at the core – of the European Union, but not engaging in many of these areas where you want increased integration. On that basis, it would be so much easier for Turkey to become a member."@en1
