lpv:spoken text	"I supported today’s final agreement, which provides an EU budgetary guarantee to support EIB external financing for projects outside the European Union. I am pleased that the agreement, which runs from 2014 until 2020, will maintain the same amount of funding as the previous programme. I welcome calls from the rapporteur to attach additional reporting requirements so that it is clear who the final beneficiary of EIB financing is. Furthermore, I welcome greater focus on climate change mitigation and adaptation and the phasing-out of environmentally harmful subsidies. Finally, I wholeheartedly support the EIB’s ‘zero tolerance’ policy when it comes to money laundering, tax fraud, corruption and financing of terrorism."@en1
