lpv:spoken text	"I fully support this resolution, which emphasises that Ukraine deserves the EU’s support and assistance as it looks ahead to a difficult period of political transition. The new coalition government faces huge challenges as it looks to stabilise the economic situation, transparency and the rule of law in the country. The current violent unrest is very worrying and the EU must play a key role in defusing the current tensions by helping to build constructive dialogue in Kiev. Providing financial assistance will also be vital and I am pleased that this resolution calls on the EU to take the lead in organising an international donors’ conference to raise money."@en1
