However, what I could not support today were the moves contained within this new legislation to over-regulate e-cigarettes. I have been contacted by hundreds of constituents in Wales who have wanted to share with me their stories of how e-cigarettes have helped them to move away from tobacco. However, despite my Conservative colleagues and I fighting hard for sensible regulation of e-cigarettes, the Parliament has opted for draconian restrictions which I fear may send some e-cigarette users back to more harmful tobacco."@en1
