lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the Tobacco Products Directive today. The outcome of the negotiations on this file show how effective the Parliament can be in having its views heard. The fact that the maximum nicotine level of e-cigarettes is so much closer to Parliament’s position than the Commission or Council position highlights this. However, I do feel that it could have been higher in order to encourage more people to quit conventional cigarettes. On balance, I believe the Directive is an important step in the fight against tobacco-related diseases."@en1
