A voluntary certification system will not be sufficient. We need a binding regulation covering a comprehensive list of minerals and natural resources, similar to the US Dodd-Frank law of 2010 which requires companies quoted on the US stock exchange to inspect the origin of minerals sourced in central Africa."@en1
