It is very hard to come up with facts and figures about what something that is fairly hypothetical is going to achieve. I would just reiterate and reinforce that there are a number of measures where we can actually improve road safety on our roads and of course we can have much better cooperation across borders. So I am afraid, Ms[nbsp ]Ţicău, that there is no answer to the question. We are all working in the same direction, in the right direction, and we must continue to do so, but our position is that it should be a voluntary way forward and we think that that will get the best results."@en1
