lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this resolution that welcomes the accession negotiations with Serbia but is clear to point out that Serbia has failed to recognise Kosovoʼs borders. A nationʼs choice to be independent must be respected. It also calls on the Serbian authorities to conduct a more thorough investigation into the archives and officials of the former Yugoslav Peopleʼs Army. Many of my constituents in Wales have written to me about the cruel treatment of dogs in some parts of Serbia; it is vital that such issues are addressed as part of the accession negotiations."@en1
