"I voted in favour of this report because it is vital for the economy of Wales and the whole of the EU that all employees, including the self-employed, should have social protection. This report calls on Member States to safeguard decent incomes for all, including young people in training and apprenticeships. This is of particular importance to us in Plaid Cymru as we attach high priority to expanding the number of apprenticeship places, and we have achieved that in the National Assembly."@en1
