This issue does indeed need to be on the European agenda and I agree that we need to establish a clear distinction between tax fraud and tax evasion on the one hand and tax avoidance on the other. I support the Commission launching a study into possible indicators constituting the base for reduction of tax evasion and tax avoidance and to establish a standardised set of indicators for measuring tax evasion and tax avoidance."@en1
