lpv:spoken text	"I am pleased to support the Meissner Report as I fully approve of measures to help realise the potential of our marine economy, so long as it is done in a sustainable manner. I believe that such measures must strike a balance between protecting our marine environment, its species and habitats and maximising the use of our marine resources as a source of economic growth. From an Irish perspective, I believe that "Harnessing our Ocean Wealth, an Integrated Marine Plan for Ireland" approved by the Irish Government in July 2012 to be a very good basis for achieving long term and sustainable growth. The Government has set two targets in this plan, exceeding 6.4 billion euro a year in turnover from our maritime sectors by 2020 and doubling the contribution of Blue Growth to GDP to 2.4% a year by 2030."@en1
