lpv:spoken text	"I supported this report, which states that any citizen living legally in the EU should be able to have a basic payment account with clear, transparent rules and fees. Furthermore, it should be made as easy as possible for people to transfer from one bank to another bank offering better terms. It is really important to make sure people can access basic accounts without obstacles and I welcome the text in the report calling for an independent website which would allow people to compare banks, based on fees charged and interest paid by banks, as well as the level of customer service offered. This will allow citizens to make informed decisions about which bank they want to use and how best to transfer if they are not satisfied."@en1
