The report proposes measures to ensure that people are informed and that they have access to affordable treatment and healthcare services that will allow people to practice safe sex and will enable women to decide freely if and how often they wish to have children. I am disappointed that a campaign of misinformation led to this report being rejected by a majority in Parliament."@en1
