lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this report as it does not take into account the fact that energy efficiency and clean vehicles are a positive competitive and economic factor for industry as well as for consumers and the environment. We need to be encouraging energy-efficient vehicles as well as working on extending transport networks to ensure more people can take advantage of public transport. I have been contacted recently about developing the electric car industry in Wales, as they did in the Basque Country, and I hope this will create extra jobs."@en1
