lpv:spoken text	"I voted fully in favour of this report as it combines COSME together with Horizon 2020 to replace the current CIP programmes. This is much more effective. COSME will support all SMEs whereas Horizon 2020 will focus on company foundations and start-ups, COSME is concentrating on growth. The financial envelope proposed by the Commission for COSME is EUR 2.3bn, which is great news for entrepreneurs and SMEs as well as entrepreneurship and SME-related activities."@en1
