lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, it is very nice to hear the Commissioners thanking the rapporteurs and the shadow rapporteurs, but what about the opinion creators for all the other committees who are going to speak for the next 20 or 30 minutes? I can assure you that we worked hard too. I am giving the opinion of the Committee on Development. We have three priorities which we hope Horizon 2020 will use. One is to open the projects to developing countries, both for participation in the projects and for access to the results of the joint research. Secondly, the Development Committee wants in particular to see strengthened action in the health sector, especially for neglected infectious diseases. Thirdly, we want to see a greater emphasis on climate change and biodiversity, not forgetting the role of space research. I am proud to say that I am still within my one minute."@en1
