lpv:spoken text	"I supported this proposal which has been hailed as another step forward in Parliament’s demand to decide on its own seat. It calls for the Parliament to initiate the procedure for treaty change to achieve this. The One Seat campaign, of which I am a member, is gathering momentum. I know that whenever I speak to schools, colleges or community groups in Wales they are horrified by the ‘travelling circus’ story. It is costly, wasteful, environmentally damaging and inefficient. I hope the demand for change from constituents in Wales will increase, like those in other countries, so we can end this practice which undermines the EU itself."@en1
