lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report on the European Regional Development Fund. Ireland’s appropriation of regional funds was increase by 8% over the last round of funding, however there is still an overall decrease in funding for the BMW region. One of the major issues in regard to the designation of different regions is the fact that the GDP figures used are out of date and in the case of the BMW region largely reflect the position of this region before the recent economic crisis or at least at the beginning of it. This inflates its GDP and does not give a true picture of the current economic situation. More timely figures from Eurostat are needed to solve this problem, as well as some type of midterm review."@en1
