"I voted in favour of this report on the European Social Fund, however I was disappointed that the fund did not account for 25% of cohesion funding. That said, 23.1% was an improvement on previous years. I am not happy with regard to the macroeconomic conditionality involved, even the watered-down version we ended up with. However, given the importance of the Social Fund for social inclusion, I am pleased to see we have finally gotten agreement."@en1
