Every year there is evidence of gross mismanagement and even fraud, to the point where the books of the Commission have not been signed off by the Auditors for 19 years. The report of the Court of Auditors for 2012 has the level of ‘irregularities’ up to 4.8%. No responsible person can vote for this. In addition, the United Kingdom is a net contributor that has little say over what the money is spent on."@en1
