lpv:spoken text	"Madam President, on securing the deal for 2014 the Budget Commissioner said: the beauty of a compromise is that no one is totally happy. This deal is less than the Commission wanted. This deal is less than the Parliament wanted. One would probably think that I would be one of the happy ones. Well I am not. We need to cut the budget even further. I voted against this report because it was a bad deal. I have repeatedly called in this House for a bonfire of EU quangos. Yet this agreement strengthens staffing levels and financial contributions to EU agencies. We need to be cutting costs and staff, not expanding at this time of austerity. We must keep cutting back EU expenditure until the European Union is truly accountable, economical and efficient."@en1
