lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this. The objective of the Nuclear Safety Cooperation Instrument is to support and promote a high level of nuclear safety and safeguards internationally. Most of the 2007-2013 budget was devoted to Chernobyl – the effects of which are still being felt in Wales with the continued restrictions on the movement of animals. INSC is not intended to promote nuclear power but that is exactly what is happening. EUR 176 million has been allocated for 2014-2020. Substantial help must be given from this to ensure the stabilisations and remediation of the Fukushima site."@en1
