lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this proposal. Parliament is only consulted on this key issue. EUR 1.8 billion was earmarked by the Commission for nuclear research as part of Horizon 2020. I believe that in the interests of democracy, Parliament should have a role in making these decisions. I also believe that nuclear research programmes should focus on protecting people and the environment, the safe decommissioning of nuclear installations and non-proliferation. These issues are of vital importance to Wales and to our economy."@en1
