lpv:spoken text	"Today I voted in favour of the Creative Europe Programme, which has merged and replaced the current Culture, Media and Media Mundus programmes which ran from 2007-2013. I did so because I believe in increasing the competitiveness of European cultural and creative industries by taking advantage of technological advancements and creating further international employment. Under the Creative Europe Programme, thousands of people working in cinema, TV, culture, music and the performing arts will benefit from increased support and funding. I hope that this will provide a boost to the already successful culture sector in Wales."@en1
