"Mr President, I have a brief point of order. You have a very difficult job. I am just wondering whether there is a written or unwritten rule that, if you speak by way of a blue-card question, you then exclude yourself from a one-minute speech in the catch-the-eye part of the debate. It has been a really good debate. I wanted to compliment Doris Pack in particular for her hard work on this issue and to say that we should really make sure students realise that it is a European Union-funded project and they could promote it."@en1
