lpv:spoken text	"I voted for the exercise of the Union’s rights in the application and enforcement of international trade rules. I did so because I believe that there is a need to create a legal framework for the EU to enforce its rights in international trade disputes and conciliation. With common commercial policy being an exclusive competence of the EU, and the number of global trade disputes rising, I think that there is a need for this framework to be implemented. This is because this framework will allow fast and effective decision-making, in relation to retaliatory measures the Union could take in response to any unfair trading practices from our trading partners."@en1
