lpv:spoken text	"This is a very good report which explores the possibilities and the potential of the blue economy. The context of this is the digital mapping of the seabed of European waters, the results of which will be produced by 2020. We are expecting a policy paper from the Commission in early 2014 on the blue economy, and once we have the knowledge we can then use the seabed maps to tap the potential of the oceans in a sustainable way. The report also looks at all of this potential with a view to promoting sustainable fisheries and, in the context of our vote on the Common Fisheries Policy, it is a visionary report. It offers the potential to do everything from protecting spawning grounds to indicating the best type of gear with which to fish."@en1
