lpv:spoken text	"I voted for the e-Justice Action Plan 2014-2018. I did so because I believe that e-justice has an important role to play in enhancing mutual trust and understanding in judicial and administrative decisions. I think the e-justice Action Plan should be developed on an open-access basis and all Member States should be encouraged to participate. I support this plan because e-justice systems have a tendency to decrease the costs of judicial and administrative proceedings. Furthermore, I believe that this plan will be an important step towards building a true European judicial culture by hosting online tools for judicial training, and will serve as a knowledge management and interconnection instrument."@en1
