I hear from that side of the House lots of talk about cuts and about how European citizens are going to suffer, but I hear nothing at all about the actual cuts that are required: the cuts in over-regulation and the cuts in the over-burdensome regulation that is imposed on our SMEs and our businesses. Why is that side of the House not intent on joining with us in making sure that we bring about the sorts of cuts that are necessary to allow our SMEs to develop and to allow our businesses to move forward? Why is all the concentration purely on populist lines in this way?"@en1
