We have fundamental difficulty with the whole concept of European defence policy (CSDP) and do not, for example, believe that the EUʼs High Representative should have a role in relation to cybersecurity and defence. This is a matter for national governments, cooperating where appropriate through organisations such as NATO. Therefore, I abstained overall on this report."@en1
