lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report because I believe our energy markets are perhaps overpriced and also poorly interconnected and not sufficiently transparent, so consumers have too little understanding of the options they have. This is the case for consumers in Scotland and should not be the case. To make Europe more competitive, we need secure, stable and affordable energy. Consumers must be able to pay less for energy and must know where their energy bills come from."@en1
