lpv:spoken text	"This resolution on completing the digital single market is an ambitious initiative that has my full support. It is vitally important that the EU, with its 500 million consumers, has a competitive digital single market that can transform the EU into a knowledge-driven economy. As the resolution states, SMEs make up 99% of European businesses and as such are vital to the European economy. Their connection to the digital economy is vital in the creation of employment and growth, and also to their increased contribution to innovation and R&D. Broadband access is key and has been an important issue of late in Wales so I am pleased to see it addressed in the resolution. High-speed Internet access for all will ensure that businesses as well as consumers are well connected and can contribute fully to the economy."@en1
