We have this mythical idea of some EU citizenship. And by the way: hypocrisy? We could find numerous examples – for example of French industrial espionage against the United States. That has been going on for years and I am sure it still is going on. What are we talking about here? Our interest is in strong intelligence services protecting the interests of our citizens and we should welcome measures to make them stronger, not try to find ways of digging in and undermining them."@en1
