lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, the revised regulations here regarding OLAF are all about giving it the necessary tools to be more effective in trying to combat fraud. Unfortunately, or ironically, it is caught up in its own way of dealing with it, especially in relation to the conduct of investigations against Mr Dalli who is naturally not too happy and wishes to have a further say in these matters. It is also about how the Director General, Mr Kessler, conducted investigations; whether he was amateurish or professional in those investigations. It all bears talking about, and reflecting on necessary reforms. I think the strengthening of OLAF is something we can be pleased about, especially in relation to a better definition of fraud, protection of whistleblowers, increased information exchange between OLAF and Member States, exchange between Parliament and OLAF and finally a strengthening of the Supervisory Committee."@en1
