lpv:spoken text	"I supported this report which looks at the contribution of cooperatives to overcoming the crisis. This report stresses how cooperatives in the EU play an important role in society, the economy and employment. According to the report, social economy enterprises should benefit from a more coherent legislative framework that is clear and takes into account the wide range of social economy institutions. Particular attention is paid to cooperatives active in industry and services. Cooperatives and social enterprises offer great benefits to Welsh communities and these must be developed and sustained in order to help tackle ongoing issues such as social and economic exclusion in Wales."@en1
