lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report which calls on the Council and Commission to deliver the remaining pieces of financial reform before the end of the legislature. It also calls on the Commission to undertake a study on the effectiveness of the legislation that has been adopted since the beginning of the financial crisis. Finally, it calls on the EU institutions to establish the proposed framework for the recovery and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms. This is essential for limiting future exposure of Welsh taxpayers to bank failures."@en1
