There have been a few difficulties in obtaining agreements with the ACP countries but several important compromises have been agreed on such as continuing a dialogue to further strengthening cooperation in the areas of development, legal migration, and illegal immigration including smuggling, trafficking of human beings and border management, as well as return and readmission of illegal migrants. I regularly receive correspondence from my constituents in Wales who are concerned about development in the ACP countries."@en1
