lpv:spoken text	"I drafted this report and recommended that the European Parliment gives consent to the interim EPA with Central Africa. EPAs are development and trade agreements which give ACP countries stable and long-term unlimited access to the EU market to help them trade their way out of poverty and into the global market. It is regrettable that Cameroon is so far the only country in the Central Africa region to sign this Agreement, but I hope others will join so the EPA can be a vehicle for further regional integration and development. With a full Agreement in the region the framework for human rights, good governance and the rule of law dialogue can be put in place to address issues such as the discriminatory legislation against LGBT people which I urge Cameroon to repeal."@en1
