lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, here in the EU we spend large amounts of our time, energy and resources setting out a myriad of complicated rules on the governance of fishing activities in our own European waters and beyond through a series of complicated agreements with non-EU states. All this activity is utterly pointless if illegal fishing is allowed to thrive. It is vital that every possible measure is taken to combat illegal activities. Although this report is largely technical, it is through these technical measures and the detailed activities that they support, or outlaw, that we are able to move forward. I wholeheartedly support them."@en1
