lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report. I recently hosted a seminar at which Chwarae Teg launched their most recent research on women in employment in Wales. This research shows that although the situation for women in employment has improved, the pay gap between men and women remains. This report calls on Member States to address gender segregation in jobs by addressing the conditions that make certain sectors less attractive for women or men. One of the key findings in Chwarae Teg’s research is that women and men are still stereotyped, there continue to be ‘men’s jobs’ and ‘women’s jobs’. This report will help address that issue."@en1
