A plan to improve the social housing sector can also help the EU over the economic, social, and environmental crisis, through house building and retrofitting with energy saving measures. With so many of my constituents in Wales unable to find affordable housing, it is vital that we work at all levels to make it easier to do so. This report asks that the EU and Member States establish a European framework for social housing to better coordinate national housing policies."@en1
