lpv:spoken text	"I abstained on this report as it fails to provide a convincing response to organised crime, corruption, and money laundering. We cannot adopt a one-size-fits-all approach as if each case is the same. There is need for evidence-based law enforcement and a prioritisation of white-collar and economic crimes as those that can inflict the most social harm. The EU has an important role in fighting and preventing crime, internationally and comprehensive legislation is needed to better protect the citizens of Europe including, of course, my constituents in Wales."@en1
