"Against. I oppose the proposal as I firmly believe that fishing politics as a whole should be returned to national state competences. Fishery is hugely important to Wales and Welsh fishermen should not be harmed any more by unnecessary EU regulations concerning methods for calculating fishing capacity, adjusting maximum capacity levels or indeed any other rules.
