lpv:spoken text	"This is one of two reports, largely technical and concerning alignment with Lisbon. This report includes a proposal for a stricter definition of the circumstances under which the Commission may adopt delegated acts in order to adapt fishing mortality rates, and the associated spawning stock biomass levels, to scientific findings. I oppose the proposal as I firmly believe that fishing politics as a whole should be returned to national state competences. Fishery is hugely important to Wales and Welsh fishermen should not be harmed any more by unnecessary EU regulations concerning methods for calculating fishing capacity, adjusting maximum capacity levels or indeed any other rules. I believe that CFP should be revoked as a whole."@en1
