This is a very important point, because there is no point in having equality which is officially and legally enshrined but which is not actually a reality; all the evidence points to this being the case. In terms of education in particular, there is a need to help and encourage women to become qualified in what are typically seen as male-orientated jobs: science, engineering, maths, etc. We have to work hard at this and we will keep going until we obtain it."@en1
