I believe this is vital in order to show the EU’s support for democratic transition and economic recovery in these countries. This motion calls on the European External Action Service to lead and to encourage cooperation. I know my constituents, who value democracy, will welcome the progress made in these difficult transitional times in the region, and I gladly support this motion, which will aid that process."@en1
