lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report as the human rights situation in Burma has changed considerably, and although most sanctions that were placed on the country have already been lifted, its general tariff preferences have not been reinstated. In order for the country to continue developing, it is important for it to have a good export industry. My constituents in Wales send me a great deal of correspondence on human rights and want to ensure that countries are treated fairly by the EU and by the international community."@en1
