"I voted against this new consolidation of EU law as it demonstrates a complete pro-EU approach and seeks to control the market. This legislation was not created with the consent of my voters or constituents. I firmly believe that market surveillance and protection of customers is very good in the UK and we do not need the EU Declaration of Conformity (DoC) or the EU forcing Member States to punish those who commit the crime of improper use of CE marking."@en1
